Cooler air settles around you as you enter a room with gray concrete walls lined with metal shelves that appear to be filled with cords, boxes, reams of paper, spare parts, and other miscellaneous things saved in hopes that they might become useful someday. Work lamps throw pale circles across a large desk with a tower and monitor on top, while cables and other wires snake their way along the ground.
